Returns, Exchanges, and Warranty Policy
We know that finding the perfect ring is important, and so is getting the perfect fit. That's why we offer a hassle-free exchange policy. The first size exchange for USA customers is free. Additional exchanges may have a shipping or re-stocking fee.
Returns & Exchanges:
- You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange or return unless otherwise arranged.
- Returned items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Returns require the customer to pay shipping. Any returns after the first ring may have a re-stocking fee.
- Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that have been re-sized, engraved, or altered in any way.
Warranty:
- We offer a 1-year warranty against any defects in materials or workmanship.
- This warranty covers repairs or replacements (at our discretion) for any manufacturing defects or breakage that occurs during normal wear and tear.
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, or alterations is not covered under warranty.
Please Note:
- We reserve the right to limit returns or exchanges in cases of excessive returns or suspected fraudulent activity.
