Ring Sizing
Online ring shopping is convenient, but it can be challenging getting the ring size right. We also suggest having your ring finger measured by a jeweler to make sure you get the appropriate size.

Shipping
Our rings ship within 2 business days of ordering unless otherwise communicated.
- All U.S. orders have free standard shipping. You can also choose express options.
- International orders can ship USPS Standard International or USPS Express Mail International. Ship times vary depending on customs.
- We ship as quickly as possible but cannot guarantee shipping times from the post office.
- International returns and exchanges are accepted, but shipping both ways and any tariffs/duties are the customer’s responsibility.
- No refunds will be given on international shipping.
Do we offer custom rings?
We can offer some custom sizes and design changes upon request. Custom orders can take up to 12 weeks, and we are unable to offer quarter sizes. Reach out to us to discuss ordering a custom ring.
Do we offer engraving services?
We do not offer engraving services at this time and would suggest finding a local engraver only after confirming the size is correct.

The ring I ordered as my wedding band scratched on the first day I wore it, well after the period of eligibility for a refund. After leaving a 1 star review for item quality, the shop reached out to me and offered to send a replacement when they were not obliged to. Kristina is amazing (my fault I didn't measure my finger first) I had to exchange the ring twice because it was too big BUT this company and Kristina went above and beyond. Helpful all the way.
